FEP fluoroplastic coating

FEP (perfluoroethylene propylene) is a fluoroplastic coating with very good chemical and corrosion resistance properties as well as excellent non-stick properties.

Due to the coating technology, FEP is very suitable for surface treatment of a wide variety of parts.

Applications:
  • Paper machine rollers, cylinders, etc.
  • Glue and paint basins, containers and mixers
  • Molds and gluing jigs
  • Bakery funnels and other machine parts
Material requirements:

FEP is suitable for surface treatment of various metal grades. When choosing the base material, it is good to take into account the heat treatments required by the coating process. For more information on the more detailed steps of the process and the technical requirements
