Effective protection against corrosion – through corrosion protection coatings based on E-CTFE, ETFE, PFA

Extend the service life of your metallic components with corrosion/chemical protection coatings. Corrosion protection coatings of resistant fluoroplastics effectively protect your surfaces. Depending on your requirements, we recommend fluoroplastic coatings made of E-CTFE (Halar®), ETFE, PFA, FEP and epoxides or non-fluorinated plastics such as polyamide, polyethylene or PEEK.

The good thermoplastic properties of these fluoroplastic coatings allow layer thicknesses of up to two millimeters.

Component weights of up to 18 tons and component sizes of up to 2.3 x 2.2 x 12.3 m are possible. Describe your task to us and we will recommend you a appropriate solution.

Good to know

Moisture protection is not the only feature of an anti-corrosion coating. Treatment with special compounds is also necessary to extend the service life of metal elements exposed to other substances, for example:aggressive chemicals and compounds; oil and oil products; acids; alkalis; solvents etc.
